By scheduling a service, visiting www.rockcitywraps.com, or using any service provided by Rock City Wraps ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.
Rock City Wraps provides professional vehicle wrap services in and around Little Rock, Arkansas, including:
All services are subject to availability and the condition of the customer's vehicle.
All quotes and estimates provided by Rock City Wraps are subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, surface condition, design complexity, and materials selected. A written quote will be provided prior to work beginning. Prices are subject to change without notice for new customers.
Rock City Wraps strongly recommends that all vehicles presented for wrapping have paint in good, factory condition. We are not responsible for wrap adhesion failure, lifting, or damage caused by underlying paint issues including but not limited to: peeling paint, prior body work, rust, aftermarket paint, or damaged clear coat. We reserve the right to decline service if the vehicle's paint condition is unsuitable for wrapping.
A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if the customer cancels with fewer than 48 hours' notice. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to staffing, material availability, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide as much advance notice as possible in such cases.
Most vehicle wraps are completed within 1 to 3 business days. Turnaround time estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Rock City Wraps is not liable for delays caused by material shortages, design revisions, or conditions discovered during installation.
For custom designs and commercial wraps, a digital proof will be provided for customer approval before production begins. Rock City Wraps is not responsible for errors in final output that were approved by the customer in the design proof stage, including typos, color variations between screen and print, or layout choices.
Payment in full is required upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, major credit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at our location. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. Accounts past due may be subject to collection action.
Rock City Wraps warranties its installation workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation under normal use and care conditions. This warranty does not cover:
Vinyl material warranties, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our installation warranty. Please contact us for manufacturer warranty details.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rock City Wraps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services, including damage to a vehicle's paint that was pre-existing or undisclosed. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in dispute.
By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize Rock City Wraps to move your vehicle as necessary within our facility for the purpose of completing your service. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. While your vehicle is in our care, it is covered by our general liability insurance; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing mechanical or cosmetic issues.
The content on www.rockcitywraps.com, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Rock City Wraps and may not be reproduced without permission. We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on our website is accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is free from errors or current at all times.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Rock City Wraps reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
